1. Where will my order be shipped from?
Optimized with strategically located warehouses across the USA, Canada, UK, China, and Singapore, we guarantee swift and efficient logistics, ensuring your AUPEN handbag reaches you promptly and securely.
2. How much is the shipping fee?
We provide free UPS/DHL Worldwide Express Delivery for all countries. Please be aware that in some countries, you may be responsible for paying any applicable duty and tariff charges upon the arrival of your package.
3. How long is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Average delivery times take 3 to 7 working days with DHL/UPS Express, and we will keep you updated on the status of your package through email notifications once it is dispatched. However, please note that the actual delivery time may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance procedures, and distance of addresses from airports. Please refer to the DHL/UPS website for specific transit times for each country.
4. What if there is a late delivery?
In the event of a late delivery, AUPEN will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers (DHL & FedEx) or a result of customs clearance delays.
5. I do not see the country that I am in listed. Which countries do you ship to?
If you do not see your country listed, please reach out to us at service@aupen.com to enquire if we ship to your country. We may be able to arrange special shipments for you!
6. What about duty and taxes?
Orders may be subject to duties and taxes, and customers are responsible for these fees. Please note that AUPEN does not have any control over duties and taxes. We cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information on these fees, please contact your local customs office.
7. Disclaimer for wrong shipping information:
Ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address is the buyer’s responsibility. Please make sure you enter your address in English, and provide your accurate postcode, state, etc.
If the provided address is incorrect or undeliverable, any shipping fees incurred prior to the delivery will be charged to the buyer. To avoid such situations, please ensure that the address provided is both correct and deliverable.
Should you wish to modify the shipping address before the item is shipped, an administrative handling fee of USD 9.90 will be charged for any address changes. However, if the item has already been shipped, we are unable to change the address.
